If you don't have a Yelp or Tripadvisor profile at all
claim both — free, and worth doing purely because of what they feed into Apple, even if you never actively promote either platform.
If a profile exists but is thin or has old, unanswered reviews
bring it up to date and reply to what's there, the same as you would on Google — it's a smaller audience, but not a zero one, and it's feeding a platform you can't opt out of.
