Do prices include VAT?
Reyse isn't registered for VAT, so there's no VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month, with no minimum term and no exit fee. If you cancel part-way through a month you've paid for, we refund the days left.
What if it doesn't work?
If you haven't won at least one extra instruction in 90 days, measured against the figures you give us at the start, you stop paying and we keep working until you do.

Yes. Review Management, or backlinks and local press, can be added to Core any month for £500 a month each.
Why £2,500 a month?
Most agencies already pay Rightmove about £1,530 a month, and one sale earns about £3,909 in fees. Found First is built to win you instructions without paying the portals more, and the guarantee means you don't pay for 90 days of work that brings nothing.
What does the Founding Five cost?
Nothing, for the first 5 agencies, one per county. It stays free at least until all 5 places are taken. After that we can end it with 3 months' notice, and from then on it's 50% off for life.
