One agency per town
Once your town is taken, it’s closed.
We can’t make two rivals the one AI recommends. While you’re with us, no competing estate or letting agent in your area can buy this, not even a one-off audit.

Common questions.
What counts as an extra instruction?
A new sale or let instruction that came through your website or tracked number, above what your starting figures predict. At onboarding you tell us your usual enquiries and instructions, and we count from there.
My software provider runs my website. Does that matter?
No. If you can give us access, we make the changes ourselves. If you can't, we send your provider the exact changes, written so they can do them in one go, and check they're live.
What do I need to do?
One onboarding call, where we get access and a few facts only you know, like your current enquiry numbers. After that, approve changes when we send them, and ask for a review after every completed sale or let. Everything else is done for you.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month, and you can leave any month with no exit fee. We'd rather keep you because it's working.
Why only one agency per town?
Because we can't make two rivals the one Google and AI recommend. Once we work with an agency in a town, we don't take on a competing estate or letting agent in the same area while they're with us.
What's the difference between Found First and Core?
Core (£1,500 a month) is the four parts that get you found: Google Maps, AI, the rival scorecard and enquiry tracking, plus the Review Starter Kit. Found First (£2,500 a month) adds Review Management, backlinks and local press, and every bonus. You can add either extra to Core later for £500 a month each.
Can I try a smaller piece first?
Yes. The Found First Audit is a one-off £950: we check your website, profiles and AI answers against your rivals, and hand you every fix in order, for you or your provider to make.
