Who makes the fixes?

You or your website provider, from our report. Everything is written so a provider can do it in one go, and the code comes ready to install. Once it's in, we check it's done properly.

How long does it take?

Every fix and every piece of code is with you within 5 working days of onboarding. That's the Delivery Guarantee: if we're late, we pay you £50 for every extra working day.

How is it different from Found First?

The audit is one-off: we find everything and hand it over. Found First (from £1,500 a month) does the work for you, keeps it up every month, and comes with the 90-day guarantee of an extra instruction.

Is it the same as the free report?

No. The free report shows who Google Maps and ChatGPT put top in your town, and where you sit. The audit goes through your whole website, all three profiles and four AI tools, and gives you every fix.
